Team roles and permissions

Team

On the team page, you will find an overview of all Bullswap users with access to your company.

We distinguish five different statuses in which your team members can be.

Status

Description

Accepted

User has access.

Not accepted

User was added by a team member but still needs to confirm their email address and set a password.

Pending

This user registered under the same company number but still needs to be approved or rejected by one of your team members.

Rejected

A pending user was rejected by a team member.

Deleted

User has been removed and is no longer active.

Through the team overview, you can perform several actions via the three dots.

  • Assign role (see further)
  • Accept or reject a pending user
  • Change settings (opens team member details)
  • Deactivate team member

Roles and permissions

e have defined four standard roles on the platform that correspond to a number of fixed rights. These rights determine what you can see and do on the platform.

In addition, you can also set which emails you want to receive or not. This also makes it possible, for example, to receive order confirmations at a different email address than new requests. Feel free to contact us if you are unsure how to set this up after reading this chapter.

Admin: Responsible person(s) for your company on the platform. These users can make changes to your team members and have all standard rights. Admin users can add and modify machines in your machine fleet. They can also make changes to transport zones.

Salesperson: Has the ability to send quotes and finalize rental transactions. These users do not have the right to make changes to your company or machine fleet.

Administrative responsible: Primarily has “view” access to Bullswap. This role is mainly intended for renters.

Buyer: Is especially relevant for renters. Similar to “salesperson,” but does not have rights to rent out themselves.

Driver: This user can see orders but sees all rates as 0. The user does not have access to the machine fleet and cannot create quotes, accept requests, or modify orders.

When you make a change to the standard roles, you will see this in the team overview under Permissions as “Edited” instead of “Standard.” You can change the role at any time or revert it back to the standard by clicking “Change role.”

When it is not clear what a certain permission means, there is often an info icon that will provide you with more information. If it is still unclear, you can always contact us for clarification.
