Direct Bookings

For requests with direct booking, as a rental company, you only need to confirm, and the equipment is immediately booked after confirmation. There’s no need to send or approve quotes. You can recognize direct booking requests by the blue label with "Book Now." The prices of your equipment, as entered in your machinery park, are used for this.

Direct booking is only possible if both transport rates and equipment rates have been entered for your company. Read more about transportclasses here

When you click on a card with "Book Now" from the requests section, you are taken to the following page. At the top, you’ll find more information about the request, such as the period, location, and expected specifications.


At Units, you will see one or more machines that match the request. In the list view, you’ll get more details about the linked equipment, and in the calendar view, you can see the availability calendar.

Click on the "View Quote" button to review the quote in detail and possibly accept it.

On the right, you can review the daily/weekly/monthly rate of the equipment and accessories. On the left, you’ll find the transport rates and still have the option to add a remark that the renter can see.

Note: It is not possible to change your rates for direct bookings. If you notice an error, inform Bullswap!

If your equipment is divided into individual units, you can select the unit that applies. This is necessary to display the correct availability, inspection, and tracker information on the platform if they are integrated with Bullswap.

 

By clicking the arrow next to the total, you can see a further breakdown of the total price. Make sure to check this!

 

 

Once you agree to the terms and conditions, the "Book Now" button will turn blue, and the transaction will be complete.

 

IMPORTANT: By clicking here, the equipment is booked, and it is expected to be delivered to the specified location on the indicated delivery date.


Need confirmation by email?

By default, you do not receive a confirmation when you book something yourself. If you need this for your internal processes, we can set it up so that a confirmation email is sent for every confirmed order (including direct bookings).
