New rental requests

Most of your time on Bullswap as a rental company will be spent in the 'Hire out'' tab. This is divided into three fairly similar sections:

  • REQUESTS – This contains all new requests, as well as requests where you have sent a quote, but it has not yet been accepted.
  • RENTED – This section contains all requests where your quote has been accepted, and the rental period has not yet ended. This is also where you should check out equipment when you can.
  • HISTORY – This includes all transactions that have been completed, canceled, or eventually fulfilled by another rental company.

Requests

Requests are divided into New Requests, for which you can still send a quote, and Answered Requests, where the renter still needs to confirm the quote you sent. You can always open the request and quote(s) in more detail by clicking on the card. You can choose between grid or list view.

There is an important distinction between the two ways to request equipment on Bullswap:

Requests marked in blue with "Book Now" follow the Direct Booking steps.

 

 

Requests marked in yellow follow the Quote Requests steps.


Requests can always be deleted by clicking on the three dots and then selecting "decline." Note: After declining, it is no longer possible to send a quote for that request. You can also decline individual equipment items within a larger order by clicking further into the card.

You can search for a request location by entering the street or town/city or postal code at the top.

You can search by subcategory by clicking on subcategory at the top and typing the subcategory. For example, typing "mini" will return requests for both mini cranes and mini excavators.

It’s also possible to search by partial order numbers.

At the top right, you can sort by start date and order number.
