Quotes are only valid for a limited time. After this period, the renter will see the sent quote as "expired." You can set the expiration date when creating quotes. Afterward, the expiration date and time remain visible.
When the expiration date has passed you'll notice as both renter and rental company:
A renter can always request to extend the validity of a quote. You will be notified of this via email and website.
In both cases you have the option to click on the extend button.
Here, you have the option to enter a new quote validity. The platform will automatically suggest a new date, but you can modify it using the yellow icons.
You can then hit "Extend quote"
