You can always withdraw a sent quote as long as it hasn’t been accepted by the renter, for example, if the equipment is no longer available.
Made a mistake in your quote? Don’t hesitate to withdraw it. The equipment will reappear under "Machines" in the request, and you can create a new quote.
To do this, click on the quote and then click "Withdraw" in the top right of the details section.
Our renters also have the right to reject your quote. If your quote is rejected and the request is still open, you can always try to send another or improved quote.
Withdrawing an Accepted Quote
Of course, you should monitor your sent quotes and set the expiration date correctly. However, if a quote is accepted and you’re unable to fulfill it, contact us, and we’ll work together to find a solution.
