When the rental period has ended, the cards will offer the option to finalize the rental.
To complete the transaction, click “Finalize” twice. This will take you to the finalization screen, which is similar to the earlier quote screen.
Here, you have the option to add additional charges. Be clear about the nature of these charges. For fuel and other energy costs, we’ve made it easy by automating price calculations. More details on energy rates can be found here.
The following items are not considered additional charges and should not be added unless agreed otherwise with Bullswap:
- Rental price
- (Extra) transport cost
- Kilometer surcharges
- Insurance
Additionally, you can charge for extra transport when needed. Each extra transport is charged at half the original transport price and must be described.
You can also include a comment that will appear on the renter’s invoice.
Once you agree to our terms, you can click the blue “Finalize” button. Bullswap will review the final order, and your card will appear as follows:
If Bullswap finds any inconsistencies, you will be notified and can repeat the above steps if necessary. Otherwise, we expect an invoice matching the finalized order.
