Bullswap is a fairly flexible platform and allows for a variety of additional settings that are often invisible to the user. Below, we’ve listed some potential settings that might be of interest. - Adjusting settings for when weekly or monthly rates apply
e.g. Charging the weekly rate after 4 instead of 5 rental days, or the monthly rate after 18 instead of 20 days - Restricting rentals to non-private individuals
- Email order confirmations for direct bookings and period changes
- Uploading a logo
- Only receiving long-term rental requests (Note: This significantly reduces requests, as no direct booking requests will be included)
We’d also like to point out that the following settings can always be configured by yourself:
- Adding extra users with access to the platform (via Team)
- Limiting access for specific users (via Team)
- Receiving emails at different addresses (depending on the email type)
- Receiving fewer emails (via Team)
- Only receiving rental requests within specific regions
- Automatically filling in rates
- Adding internal notes to orders
