It is possible to rent out machines with an operator. This gives customers the flexibility to rent not just a piece of equipment, but also an experienced driver.
How to set it up correctly?
To enable this, you need to add an extra machine of type “Operator”.

Note: For this type of machine, no machine price should be filled in when creating quotes—only an hourly rate. The system will automatically estimate 8 working hours per rental day. As the lessor, you can always adjust or update this based on actual usage. You can also add a brief description of the tasks performed each day.
Request assignment
By default, requests for equipment with operator are only shown to lessors who have the requested machine in their inventory. If you also want to receive requests for operators without machines, let us know so we can configure your account accordingly.
Hiring an operator only
Customers also have the option to hire only an operator, without a machine.
