Clarify an Address

Once a quote has been accepted, as a renter, you will be able to see the full address of the order. However, this address is not always known by the renter at the time of placing the order or may be unclear.

For this reason, we offer the option to request clarification of the address. You can do this by clicking on the symbol next to the address of the order.

Next, click on "Request."

You will see that the symbol now turns gray.

We will contact the customer, ask for clarification, and update the address. When the update has been made, you will see that the symbol turns green. Once this is completed, you will receive a notification on the platform, and we will usually contact you as well.
