Through the new machine availability calendar, you get a simple overview of which devices you can no longer offer with every new request.
With handy color codes, you immediately know whether you can offer a device without worry.
The Bullswap algorithm looks at all your requests on the platform and can determine when a device is definitely unavailable. In the calendar, you see two types of bars. Gray bars indicate where you have already sent quotes. The blue bars indicate where a device has already been booked. The traffic light colors (e.g., red) show you if a device is unavailable.
Please note:
This feature only works well when you have correctly filled in your machine park. Ideally, you have uploaded all individual machine information so that you immediately know which quote corresponds to which specific device. Alternatively, you have entered the correct number of devices. Read more about this in the section on adding machiness. If you have 5 of the same machines in practice but have filled it in as 1, it will otherwise appear to us as if no device is available
Bullswap obviously has no visibility into rentals outside the platform. If Bullswap does not cover all your rentals, only the red and yellow availability colors will apply!
