You can currently integrate your Bullswap machine park with two types of partners: track-and-trace platforms and inspection organizations. The aim is to ensure faster and more efficient communication between all parties.
Your equipment fleet with track-and-trace and inspection reports
From your machine park, you get a handy overview of the locations and latest inspections of all devices of a specific model.
You can also manually upload inspections.
Orders and quotes with integrations
When quotes are made with unit information, the data from the linked integrations can also provide additional information.
In the case of track-and-trace:
In the case of inspections, as a lessor, you can immediately see when a device is no longer inspected.
Until the machine is deregistered by the lessor, the delivered unit can still be modified so that the correct information is always displayed on the platform. By working at the unit level, the machine availability in the calendar view becomes much more accurate!
What does the renter see?
The renter can also see the inspection PDF and the location from just before the start until shortly after the end of the rental. However, the renter does not see failed inspections or documents that are no longer valid. The renter also does not see locations when this information is too old.
This avoids a lot of searching and also a significant amount of phone and email communication.
How to set up?
A connection must be established once with the partner via the Integrations page found under “Company.” Depending on the partner, this can be done smoothly by clicking the blue “Connect” button and granting Bullswap access. Alternatively, you may need to request and enter additional information through your partner as described.
Next, an attempt will be made to automatically link all machine "instances" (= individual units) with the partner's assets based on the entered name. This means that ideally, the machine park should first be further split into unique devices before integration.
Working with unique devices can be done by simply filling in the “Unique Identification” for all machines of the same model. This ID can be anything and varies from lessor to lessor.
If individual units are not automatically linked after integration, you can always link them manually. You do this again by filling in a unique identification.
You will typically see your partner's colored logo. By clicking on it, you can search. By default, we fill in the chosen identification for searching, but this can easily be cleared to search by model or serial number.
After linking, you will immediately see the latest data we can retrieve (location or successful inspection).
With the refresh button on the left or by clicking “View on map,” you can refresh the data for one unit. (The data for all units has already been refreshed behind the scenes after opening. Therefore, you can also opt to show this new information by clicking the “refresh page” button at the top after sufficient waiting.)

Can't find your partner in the list?
For some integration parties, we are already far along, but we may not be aware of others yet. Please contact us via email at [email protected], and we can provide you with an update or see what is possible.
